Somatic Fascia Restructuring is a cross-pollination of Somatics and traditional Neigong (Daoist & Buddhist Qigong & Tai Chi) systems. Bryson created S.F.R. after many years of training in various traditions and realizing the complementary principals they all shared. Somatics & Neigong

Every Thursday 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm EDT

The course covers the fundamentals of Neigong presented though a Somatic lens. Somatic Fascia Restructuring is a compliment to traditional Neigong (内功, internal) movement principles expressed in traditional styles of Qigong & Tai Chi Chuan. The internal principals of Neigong are used to develop coordination of all the parts of the body to achieve whole-body movement. As the mind becomes internalized the body becomes holistic. Although the ancient masters did not use the term ‘fascia’ we now know that the meridians they were referring to and developing were most certainly, in part the fascia body.
